Based at Sydney Motorsport Park we are looking for two hands-on Maintenance and Grounds officers to join our active maintenance team.
As our friendly onsite Maintenance & Grounds officer, you will be kept on your feet assisting across a variety of maintenance and grounds task ensuring the continued comfort, safety & satisfaction of our clients.
This is a full time role working a 5 day week Wednesday – Sunday ( 40 Hours ) on a rotating roster which includes morning and evening / night work.
About the role.
You will be responsible for, however, not limited to:
The every day maintenance and presentation of the grounds.
General handyman type task.
Preventative maintenance.
General labouring and maintenance as required.
On track maintenance.
Operating of small tools and equipment.
Mowing lawns and doing edges.
Other general duties as required.
Liaising with clients.
On job training as required.
What we need:
Quality workmanship.
Productivity with a hands-on approach.
Dependability to work on a rotating roster.
Truck license & fork lift license desirable though not essential.
Current drivers license & own transport is essential.
